Bread for the Soul

Just heard one of my colleagues speaking over the phone with her son who is geographically miles apart. I mentioned that to say; there is nothing else that can separate them. Felt a pure love that I rejoiced deep within. I felt pain, anxiety and excitement all together blatant in a single tone. The frequency of thought and feel just resonates between a mother and child.

The language of silence shows up explicitly between the two. The eye of a child so exuberantly expresses itself to the mother that words fail to do at times. It is a link between the two souls that is solely responsible for such a bond.

Now why does our soul jingle up when we feel  this bond bubbling with love and affection. That’s because; it’s so pure, selfless and highly noble. There is a language of the soul; which is ‘Love’. The soul within a child springs up when showered with this kind of love.

The adults have cluttered up their aesthetic senses, and so fail to experience this feeling anymore. Though few still palpate it, but then ignore it to be frivolous.

Mother Teresa says ‘There is more dearth for love and affection in this world than for food’. Each organism here is a gallon of love; as well does there exist a drought of the same within. The love that is packed within us is to be hailed over others as it does not quench one’s own thirst for the same. Which is the beauty of creation.

Love always increases and multiplies when exhibited and rained on others. It is an inexhaustible asset and possession that each human is bestowed. The high one is on while experiencing true love is immutable and holds the power to alleviate a human morally and spiritually.

Love is the food for the soul. By keeping it deprived of its nourishment, one is shunning its powers and sufficing to a resentful living. Soul is not only the reason for existence but is the essence of life. It’s the soul that adds meaning to the existence. By harmonizing with it , one can lead a contented life.
